Wednesday's run
All of my Wednesday posts seem to have the same title. But what else can you say about a mid-week run? It's hump day and thankfully the week is almost over. My goal today was another 4 miles. Again, some carefully planning allowed me to get out the door just a little earlier (putting out my running clothes the night before works!) and squeeze in another mile and a half. I feel fantastic now that I'm running again, and I'm starting to look forward to my runs instead of dreading them as I had been lately. I don't, however, enjoy the feeling of bruised toenails squished into pointy-toe heels. Ouch! I can't wait to put my flip flops on.
