Anti-anxiety run
My parents are visiting today. I decided to run to shake off some of the anxiety. I don't know why I'm so nervous, but whatever the reason, running helps. I did an OK 4 miler, sticking with my new trusty loop. I've been taking more 1-minute walk breaks lately, to give my legs a break from the hills.
